These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and the operator of Arrow Maze Escape. By installing or continuing to use the Application, you agree to these Terms.
1 Eligibility & Consent
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Application. If you are not of legal age where you live, a parent or guardian must accept these Terms for you.
2 Service Description
Arrow Maze Escape is a mobile arrow-maze puzzle where players redirect arrows, clear blocked paths, and escape maze layouts. The Application may include promotions, in-app advertising, and optional reward features. Levels, features, and reward rules may change, pause, or end at any time.
3 Account, Access & Security
- You are responsible for activity on your device and within your sessions
- Do not share credentials, bypass authentication, or access systems without authorization
- Provide accurate details for withdrawals, verification, or support
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access
4 Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Use bots, scripts, emulators, or similar tools to manipulate mazes, ads, or rewards
- Reverse engineer or extract source code except where allowed by law
- Attack or disrupt

- Violate applicable laws or infringe third-party rights
5 Rewards, Withdrawals & PayPal
- Rewards (when offered) are promotional and subject to in-app rules
- Withdrawals may require minimum balances, fraud review, and verified PayPal details
- Suspicious or rule-breaking requests may be delayed, canceled, or denied
- Processing times depend on PayPal, partners, compliance checks, and your region
PayPal: Withdrawal information is used only for payouts, fraud prevention, and legal compliance — never sold for third-party marketing.
6 Intellectual Property
Software, artwork, trademarks, maze layouts, arrow assets, levels, and materials in the Application belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial play under these Terms.
7 Advertising & Third-Party Services
The Application may integrate advertising, analytics, and payment partners. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices outside our control.
8 Privacy
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share personal information (including processing related to https://dah.arrowmaesc.com). By using the Application, you acknowledge that you have reviewed it.
9 Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or pose a risk to users or the platform. You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it.
10 Disclaimers
As-Is
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation to the fullest extent permitted by law.
No Earnings Guarantee
Rewards and withdrawals are not wages or guaranteed income. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
12 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arrow Maze Escape, its operators, and affiliates from claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Application, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
13 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are interpreted under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction. Before formal proceedings, contact frankcrawfordn824@gmail.com to seek a good-faith resolution. Non-waivable consumer rights under local law are not limited by these Terms.
14 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms as the Application or legal requirements evolve. Material revisions may be communicated in-app or by other reasonable means. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
